Dr. Andrew did teeth extraction on my autistic son. It went well because they have prepared my son mentally weeks prior.Everyone is so professional and kind. I really feel like they go out of their way to help you and understand whatever it is your child is going through. Just exceptional, and I couldn’t possibly feel happier with the care my son is getting. He now says he loves the dentist! We established here years ago with our first after a glowing recommendation from a fellow dentist Dr Allison precepted. We have had nothing but terrific experiences with our now 7, 5, and 3yo. We usually visit the Greenwood location but had to reschedule and went to Plainfield (our conflict that initiated the reschdule and my choice to be seen in Plainfield sooner, neither decision was forced by the office). The Avon office is also fantastic. The space is very clean, inviting, and kid friendly. There was ample staff and they were all incredibly friendly and great with the kids. Definitely recommend both locations!They were very accommodating for my son who was nervous about the dentist. Did a great job at explaining everythingMy son has autism and is afraid of the dentist, they were so sweet and patient with him! Very kind and understanding, so glad I found them!As a parent, it’s never easy when your child has to have teeth removed, but Park Pediatric Dentistry made the experience so much better than we could have imagined. Dr. Andrew was amazing with our daughter. He immediately put her at ease, was quick and efficient, and she truly had no pain during the procedure. Every person we interacted with was kind, patient, and took the time to explain what was happening so she felt comfortable and confident. The office is clean, modern, and welcoming, and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients. I don't think I have ever had to wait for my child to be seen when I am there for the appointment time. My child is known by name and is not afraid to go back without me with him. He has had to have work done that could be scary to a child, but he does not have issues with going back every six months and comes out with a smile!Dr. Andrew did a fabulous job with my 13y/oo! He deplores going to the dentist and Dr. Andrew made it as enjoyable as he could. My daughters first appt is coming up soon & Im happily taking both of my kids here for the foreseeable future!Dr. Andrew Wilson made my son with dental trauma feel so secure that he won’t see anyone else! Highly recommend him!My 4 year old son is autistic and does not do well at the dentist, however the two dental assistants and Dentist were absolutely wonderful working with him. Although visits are difficult for him they made a huge difference with their kindness and comforting actions while working with my son. I am happy to say that my visit at Park was absolutely wonderful. Our hygienist was great even tho I was a little overbearing. The dentist who performed the exam also took her time answering my questions even tho she had a busy schedule.Would highly recommend ! I will never go to another dentist for my children. Both locations have wonderful front desk staff, assistants and hygienists. Dr Lesa Allison is amazing and has such an amazing way of communicating with my child. I’m very impressed and grateful to have found Park Pediatric Dentistry.Wonderful staff and made my child first experience a positive one.We absolutely love taking our kiddos here! They are fantastic at working with them, especially when they are a little timid and fearful. They really work on helping them to understand what is going on and help them to relax. My kids always come out with a smile and a balloon 🎈First time for my boys to see a dentist and the staff made it a wonderful experience for my boys and myself. They were very patient and friendly. My boys loved it so much that they were already asking when they could go back! 😂It was my 3 year old daughters first visit here, and she put the poor girls in the office thru the ringer for sure. She had a bad experience at her last dentist so she was scared. Needless to say, she had the brute strength of a grown man on steroids and it took 3 of us to hold her just for pics, and 1 to push the button. The girls were awesome! Very professional, they were cool under pressure, and very sympathetic and tender. Let me just say, it's well worth the drive from Bedford. See you in 6 months!!! My daughter's 4 yrs old now and we just had a cleaning and X-rays. Everything went very well and we didn't need any extra help holding her down this time. My son is nonverbal and autistic and they specialize in this field because they made my son feel comfortable and he didn't have any meltdowns and was not overly distressed. Our second visit, this was a six month check up from having his previous work done. Again staff was excellent. My now 6yo Grandson went in with a smile, not apprehensive at all about going in to get his teeth cleaned. Came out with toothbrush, Tooth paste and Balloon. He was very happy. My kids don’t dread the dentist anymore.We have been coming here for four years and I am so pleased every single time. The staff is SO friendly from the front staff to the dental hygienist and the doctors that even my more hesitant child enjoys her experience. It is a convenient location, clean facility, and great waiting room (but you don't have to wait long!) They explain all of their gadgets to the kiddos and seem very interested in their interests and making the kids feel right at home. The dentist can be scary, even for adults, but this is the best place to take your kiddos to get them excited about brushing and flossing.Only issues is not asking if an appointment works before they just schedule it and the waiting room is a little small but other than that they are a great dentistryvery welcoming, very fun & bright for the kids!Staffs and doctor were very friendly.New patient, really love my experiences so far. The entire office is immaculate. Every person I spoke to or that spoke to my son was incredibly friendly and knowledgable. We have been very blessed with finding Park Pediatric Dentistry and their patience to work with our son and his dental care. Over the past 6 years, they have worked with his ABA therapist and created a plan to help ease his anxiety and find ways to get images, cleanings, and any dental work. I cannot say enough great things about them. We average 90 min dental visits due to my son’s special needs. We were out in an hour this last time thanks to Kara his dental hygienist and Dr. Annie. I could have cried after this last appointment with how well it went.Would only recommend this dentist office to anyone with kids. Best place to go. Everyone is so kind from the front desk staff to the hygienists!The team at Park made my boy not afraid of the dentist. Great team and calmed his nerves! Helped him to understand why he needs to brush!My son is 12 and has been going to Park Pediatric for a number of years. They are a great office with amazing chair side manners and explain the after visits in detail.I cannot recommend enough. Our daughter had several cavities that needed treated (guilty mom). They were so wonderful. Through the process we had no tears and they all helped ease any anxiety. My daughter is so proud of her “princess crowns” and how brave she was.We like our experience there. Very helpful and friendly. Stuff were nice.I have anxiety about the dentist and so I was a little worried trying to keep my kids calm and me, but the staff was absolutely amazing. They said the doctor and hygienists were very nice and very friendly.We switched to Park Pediatric Dentistry Greenwood after our previous dentist was not accommodating to fearful children. My daughter needed 6 loose baby teeth removed, she hates wiggling and getting them out herself. She is terrified of pain and needles. One of her baby teeth broke in half. Park Pediatric Dentistry got us in the next day at the Plainfield location, they calmed all of her fears, she never felt scared and felt no pain whatsoever. My 4yr old daughter was referred to them today for an emergency situation and I walked in stressed out and in tears walked out more educated and with smile of comfort and peace knowing now my daughter is out of pain and in great care. The care was thorough, gentle, and clearly tailored to his age, making this an easy 5⭐️experience for our family.”They are always transparent, easy to work with, and best of all, great with kids.Always a great experience for my 6 year old even when she might feel nervous before the appts she comes out smiling and telling me “everything was good and nothing hurt!” Her favorite part is getting a new kid friendly toothbrush (characters usually) and balloon 🎈 😊 great place and recommend for all kiddos! Not sure what the girl’s name was that did most of the work, but she was awesome. She made my daughter feel comfortable, checked back in regularly when the work was done, got her stickers, turned on some Netflix for her while we waited in consultation, and even came back to tell her bye when we were leaving. We have been going to them for a couple years now but today confirmed how great they are. My kids had a cleaning this morning then later at home they were rough housing and my son’s front tooth was chipped. I called them and asked if they could at least see him today I fully did not expect them to fix it today or even be able to see him again today. They got him in and fixed it with no issue and were so kind about it.As always, Dr Andrew and staff were friendly, professional and courteous. We are very happy and would highly recommend!This was my son’s first dentist visit, and Dr. Anne (and team) were incredible! There is a lot Of new patient paperwork so do yourself a favor and get there with enough time to fill out prior to the appt or before you arrive! Everyone was friendly even with the chaos that can sometimes ensue with phones ringing off the hook and patients checking In and out. The dentist was thorough in her explanation and care plan for our original consult. When we came for the actual dental Work the check in process was even easier. The dental hygenist/assistant that took our daughter back and was part of the process was great. My Kiddo LOVES her and said she hopes she gets her every time. We still have another appt for the rest of her dental work and I have no doubt that she will go into it confident and trusting in the team there. Very clean and inviting decor for children!My son is extremely scared of the dentist and I am an overprotective mom. He has a tooth fall out that broke something within his retainer. I called to get him in and they got him in same day. Half way through treatment they sent me a text with an update saying he was doing great and wasn’t worried at all. At the end, they took the time to explain everything to both of us including his treatment plan and easily scheduled his follow up appointment with his school note. I’ve had bad experiences with dentist and today was PERFECT! No judgement, clear answers, and considerate staff! Loved my experience!We have found our new dentist for my son who is on the spectrum.
